神经退行性疾病是一类特定亚型神经元进行性丢失导致功能障碍的疾病，主要包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、多发性硬化症、肌萎缩侧索硬化症和共济失调等疾病。目前这类疾病患者正在不断增多，但能早期诊治的患者比例少之又少，而利用神经疾病相关抗体有助于对该疾病做进一步研究，同时也有助于临床的早期诊断和治疗。

抗体介绍

HSP70是一类分子伴侣，可以调控Tau、α-突触核蛋白、TDP-43、朊蛋白和多聚谷氨酰胺蛋白的代谢进程，抑制神经退行性疾病中错误折叠蛋白质的聚集和毒性作用。

Beclin-1是自噬中的重要角色，阿尔兹海默症早期，Beclin-1在脑部病变区域中的表达是呈下降趋势的，，研究表明该蛋白的表达会减少细胞内外的淀粉样病变，而表达减少则会增加神经元内淀粉样蛋白的聚集。因此，增加beclin-1水平可能成为潜在的AD的治疗方案。
